A hunt is more than the pursuit; it’s the warmth of the fire after a long day, the weight of a rifle, and the quiet reverence as dust settles. At Bull’s Eye Taxidermy, every mount tells that story. Founded by Craig Pidduck, whose passion for the wild led him into taxidermy straight after school, we bring over two decades of experience and a deep respect for Africa’s game. Each piece is crafted using time-honoured techniques to capture not just the animal, but the memory. For those who hunt for more than the moment and appreciate exceptional quality and service, their decision to choose us always hits the bullseye!
At Bull’s Eye, it’s more than taxidermy — it’s legacy preserved. Every mount is shaped with precision, guided by a respect for the animal and a passion for the craft. This is where the pursuit is honoured and the hunt lives on.
At Bull’s Eye Taxidermy, it’s about more than the final mount — it’s about the team behind it. From our founder’s passion for wildlife and craftsmanship to the hands of our skilled taxidermists, every piece is shaped with care. Our admin team ensures seamless communication, while quality control and shipping handle each mount with the respect it deserves — from start to finish and across every border.
Our facilities are purpose-built to deliver world-class taxidermy, combining a fully equipped workshop, state-of-the-art tools, in house tannery and distribution warehouse and a beautifully curated showroom that reflects the pride we take in our craft. Every step of the process, from preparation and mounting to final quality control — happens under one roof, allowing us to maintain the highest standards while staying true to the artistic heritage that defines Bull’s Eye Taxidermy.
As part of our deep-rooted commitment to conservation, Bull’s Eye Taxidermy is proud to support the safeguarding of the Mmabolela Conservancy — a remote, untamed 17,000-hectare stretch along the Limpopo River where South Africa meets Botswana. Though rich in history and natural beauty, the land has faced significant pressure from poaching over the years. Today, through focused protection, private investment, and on-the-ground stewardship, Mmabolela is being steadily restored. It stands as a testament to what determined conservation efforts can achieve when driven by respect for the wild.
